are your chokers official products of the brands whose ties you use?

no. every limited edition choker is made from an authentic, pre-loved vintage silk tie that we source and then rework by hand into a new piece. when we name the original brand of a tie, it only describes where the silk comes from. collo is an independent label and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the brands whose vintage ties we upcycle.

what are the chokers made of?

our limited editions are made from 100% silk vintage ties. our basics are made from natural fabrics like cotton.

how many pieces exist of each design?

of the limited editions, very few. each tie only yields a small number of chokers, so most designs exist in tiny runs and some are true one-offs. once it's gone, it's gone. the basics are always available. 

what size are the chokers?

our chokers are unisex, about 29 cm long and 3-3.5 cm wide, with a self-tie closure so you can adjust the fit.

how do i care for my choker?

hand wash only, do not bleach, iron at medium temperature, do not dry clean and do not tumble dry.

can i return my order?

yes, within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn and in its original packaging. just write to ciao@ciaocollo.com.
